Email address: Collected when you save your results, purchase a report, or sign up for deadline reminders. Required to deliver your Evidence Report and portal access link.
Property PIN and address: Collected when you search or purchase. Used to generate your report and track your property's assessment over time.
Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. ParcelVue never stores credit card numbers or payment details.
Appeal outcome: If you voluntarily report your appeal result via our self-report form, we store your outcome (anonymized) to improve our predictive data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your email only with Resend (our transactional email provider) and Stripe (payment processor), solely to deliver the services you purchased.
Anonymized, aggregated appeal outcome data (township + reduction range, no names or addresses) may be displayed publicly within ParcelVue to help other property owners understand typical outcomes.
We retain your email and transaction data for as long as you may benefit from deadline reminders and outcome tracking — typically until your next triennial reassessment cycle completes. You may request deletion at any time.
We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate usage statistics (page views, feature usage). No personally identifiable information is collected in analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@parcel-vue.com. We will respond within 30 days.
