ParcelVue does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Nothing on this site or in any report constitutes an attorney-client relationship or professional advice of any kind.
Purchase of an Evidence Report does not guarantee any reduction in your property tax assessment. Appeal outcomes depend on the Cook County Assessor's or Board of Review's independent review of evidence. Historical success rates, if displayed, reflect past outcomes and are not a prediction of future results for your specific property.
Evidence Reports are delivered digitally upon purchase. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered to your email address. If you did not receive your report within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us and we will resend it.
Assessment data is sourced from Cook County Assessor public records. While we strive for accuracy, data may contain errors or may not reflect the most recent assessments. Always verify information with the Cook County Assessor's Office at cookcountyassessor.com before filing any appeal.
Evidence Reports purchased from ParcelVue are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report or its contents without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParcelVue's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
